This website is operated by Anuska LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Añuska Pastry Studio. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

- We will do our best to arrange delivery of Products within a reasonable time of ordering and the ship date as set out in the shipping confirmation communication.

- We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

The trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos contained on the Services, including but not limited to the trade name and logo and other trademarks registered in the United States (collectively, “Marks”) are the sole property of Anuska LLC. In addition, all page headers, custom graphics, and custom icons are Marks of Anuska LLC.

Limited Use. These Terms and Conditions permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as follows:
- Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
- You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.
