Whether you’re celebrating life’s biggest milestones or simply having a casual merienda with some friends, our pastry boxes are designed to turn any occasion into something truly special.
We are a home-based bakery operating under the Colorado Cottage Food Law, meaning every treat is baked in a home kitchen, just as they should be: handmade, heartfelt, and crafted with care.
Meet Me
Hi, I’m Ana! entrepreneur, designer, pastry chef, and a serial gifter who firmly believes that the best gifts are the ones you can eat.
Born and raised in Buenos Aires, a city where any excuse is good enough to gather around food and dessert is never optional. My interest in baking started when I was very young in my grandmother Nina’s kitchen, where she gave me free reign to experiment, trusted me with family recipes from our Argentinean and European roots, and somehow never said no to my most chaotic baking ideas. She was also the one who gave me the nickname Añuska, without knowing it would one day become the name on every box I make.
Creating has always been in my DNA. Studying Industrial Design gave it structure, where one particular project cracked something open: the idea that food could be as intentional and beautiful as anything made in a studio.
Then the world stopped, and somehow, that's when everything started. The pandemic became the nudge I didn't know I needed and after a few months, my cousin and I launched our first pastry business in Argentina.
Life kept moving. Germany, back to Argentina, then Denver, where formal baking training gave me a more solid foundation. Every city, every culture, and every pastry I’ve encountered along the way has shaped my vision for Añuska.
Which brings me to you
Añuska is more than a bakery. It’s an invitation to slow down, pull up a chair, and share some exceptional food with someone you love. To bring a little bit of Buenos Aires to your table: las "sobremesas", las "meriendas", and the firm belief that there is always a reason to celebrate.
