This product was produced in a home kitchen that is not subject to state licensure or inspection and that may also process common food allergens such as tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, wheat, milk, fish and shellfish. This product is not intended for resale.
Each box includes a total of 9 alfajores.
- Pistachio-Raspberry Alfajores: all purpose flour, butter, pistachios, powdered sugar, eggs, salt, lemon zest, Pistachio Brigadeiro (condensed milk, pistachio cream spread (pistachio 45%, sugar, non hydrogenated vegetable fats (sunflower seed oil, cocoa butter), milk powder, milk whey powder, extra virgin olive oil, soy lecithin), butter, salt, light corn syrup), Raspberry Jam (raspberries, sugar, lemon juice).
- Lemon-Raspberry Alfajores: all purpose flour, butter, powdered sugar, eggs, salt, lemon zest, raspberry ganache (raspberries, sugar, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), lemon juice), lemon ganache (white chocolate, lemon juice, butter, lemon extract).
