Serves approximately 5 people.
- Vanilla cookies: all purpose flour, powdered sugar, butter, eggs, salt, vanilla extract.
- Chocolate cookies: all purpose flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, butter, eggs, salt, vanilla extract.
- Almond cookies: all purpose flour, almonds, sugar, butter, salt, vanilla extract.
- Dulce de leche filling: pasteurized milk, sugar, glucose, preservative (potassium sorbate), stabilizer (agar), acidity regulator (sodium bicarbonate) and flavoring agent (vanillin).
- Nutella-hazelnut alfajores: all purpose flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, butter, eggs, salt, vanilla extract. Filling: Dulce de Leche (pasteurized milk, sugar, glucose, preservative (potassium sorbate), stabilizer (agar), acidity regulator (sodium bicarbonate) and flavoring agent (vanillin)), hazelnuts, Nutella (sugar, palm oil, hazelnuts, skim milk, cocoa, lecithin as emulsifier, natural flavors).
